12 Ways to protect yourself from Corona Virus
In the late of 2019, a pandemic virus has come to the world and turned it upside down. It firstly appeared in Wuhan, China, and has since spread to dozens of countries all over the world. Nearly three million are infected and the mortality rate is increasing day after day.
A person can have a risk of being contaminated by Corona Virus if they have any or all of the following symptoms :
Fever.
Lower respiratpry problems.
Coughing.
Fatigue.
Runny nose.
Difficulty in breathing.
Sore throat
This epidemic virus is merely dangerous for people who have poor immune system , Asthma, and have heart and lung problems. It is also risky for old people and diabetes.
In order to protect yourself from Covid-19, you should take the following tips into consideration :
-Avoid contact with people having symptoms of Corona Virus like coughing or having runny nose.
-Don’t touch your nose, eyes, mouth if you didn’t wash your hands.
-Wash your hands frequently not only with water but also with soap for at least twenty second and don’t forget to focus on all parts of your hand. .
NB : The more you wash your hands, the less you catch the virus.
-Clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub that should contains at least 60% alcohol.
-Wear a mask to eliminate small liquid droplets coming from coughs or seneezes which may contain the virus.
-Don’t go to crowded public places.
-Put a distance between yourself and people .
-Stay at home. It is the safest way to be protected from he disease.
-If you notice any symtoms or if you feel unwell, don’t hesitate to call your health care provider. They will guide you and tell you how to protect yourself and those who are around.
-Make sure of disinefcting coins, keys and even your phone.
-Use a tissue for coughs and sneezes. If not, you can use your elbow but never let droplets go here and there and spread , then throw the used tissue in a dustbin.
